Sales

Finding Korean brands, and pitching them to venues, retailers and wholesale accounts. The work is translating a brand's world into the language of a Japanese floor, then closing the placement.

Engineer

Building and running WooStore and our internal AI OS. Of the 1,200 tasks a month, the goal is to automate everything but the judgement calls.

Retail

Serving customers in the showroom and selling at popups in retail venues. The brand and the floor change with every run, so it suits someone who can set up their own process.

Content creator

Shooting, editing and planning for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Threads — working straight from the showroom's stock on a weekly cycle.

The office, the stock and the shooting space are the same room. We are in daily contact with our own Seoul office.

HOW WE WORK

A small team, hands on

Roles are not sliced finely: the same person sees a thing from plan to execution. How fast you decide is how much gets done.

LANGUAGE

Korean is not required

The Seoul office handles the Korean side. If you do speak it, you will use it straight away.
