Terms of Use

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all use of the Site, including browsing it and using its forms. The terms on which we provide our services are set out separately in individual contracts.

Article 2 (Intellectual property)

Rights in the text, images, logos, design and other content on the Site belong to us or to their rightful owners. Rights in featured brands' logos, product images and look photographs belong to each brand or photographer. Except for private use or as otherwise permitted by law, you may not copy, republish, modify or distribute them without prior permission.

Article 3 (Prohibited conduct)

When using the Site, you must not:

• Act in violation of law or public order and morals
• Infringe the rights or interests of us, featured brands or any third party
• Enter false information or impersonate another person
• Send bulk, sales or promotional submissions through our forms, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Site
• Place an excessive load on the Site's servers or network, or attempt unauthorised access

Article 4 (External sites)

External sites linked from the Site (including WooStore and Instagram) are governed by their operators' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

We strive to keep the information on the Site accurate and current but do not guarantee its completeness. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Site or from its interruption, suspension or changes to its content.

Article 6 (Changes to these Terms)

We may change these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.

Article 7 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to the Site.
